New Concept Project Alliance Ltd is an Incorporated Company with RC No. 1419627. The Company was borne out of the need to make a difference in the business sector. The real Estate sector in Nigeria have been bedeviled with several ills which has made many to be unsure whether to invest their hard earned money in properties managed by real estate companies. That, the Company has come to change by introducing a new concept in the sector.
Our wealth of experience is drawn from various business sector in Nigeria and beyond. All these experiences have come to bear in the projects to be undertaken by the Company.
Nigerian born, U.S. Citizen, residing in Northport, Alabama. Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, and a Master’s Degree in Global Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Arizona.
Work experience trails from Nigeria – beginning first as a classroom teacher in a private Christian organization, then to an Administrative Officer with the same organization. Later worked as Manager in a Christian Children’s Literature publishing company in Ibadan, and as Senior Associate Pastor in the Ibadan branch of the House on the Rock, before relocating to the United States. Currently works in the United States as a Supply Chain Coordinator at AGC Automotive Americas in Alabaster, Alabama, and combines this position with being an Associate Pastor at Daystar Family Church, Northport, Alabama.
Happily married to Nimi and has two children.

He is the Senior Pastor of the Truth House Church, Lagos and the President of The Truth House Foundation, a non-governmental entity bringing hope and liberty to thousands of nigerians living below the poverty line through educational and healthcare initiatives
In addition to ministry, he is also the Principal Consultant at The Lead Institute (a church leadership development and life coaching practice based in Lagos, Nigeria) as well as the CEO at Starkleen Drycleaners, Lagos. In the past, Oluseyi spent close to a decade working in the Banking Industry with organizations such as GT Bank, FSB Bank and First City Monument Bank. He also served as the Pastoral Assistant to Pastor Femi Paul of The Grace Assembly, Oregun, Lagos
Holding a degree in Business Administration, he is a UK certified Life-Coach as well as a certified John Maxwell Leadership Trainer amongst other academic and personal development trainings. He is also a graduate of The Redeemed Christian Church of God Seminary and an ordained minister of The Fountain of Life Church, Ilupeju Lagos. Oluseyi serves on the board of several companies and is also a sponsor of several initiatives like The Truth House Marketplace Institute (a career/ business coaching and readiness outreach) and STREAMS (a youth-development and coaching outreach) amongst others.
From his past for 16 years work experience, Dipe Dare has valuable experience in managing E-Commerce Logistics, Non-Profit Development Programmes, Micro-Insurance, Financial services, Business and Social Research, Business Process Development, Business Intelligence and and SME Consulting.
He is the Managing Director of QE Distributions Ltd, an investment Company based in Lagos Nigeria.
Philip Ighofose is the Principal of Resource Chambers with wealth of experience in Legal and real Estate matters. He is very detailed in matters of title to land with an in-depth researched knowledge on the solutions to real Estate challenges in Nigeria and the several pains Nigerians have suffered in trying to acquire properties. His office is based in Lagos, Nigeria.
He also volunteers his service for a Non Profit Christian Organisation spread over 32 Countries with its international Headquarters based in Lagos. He is a member of the Lagos State Chambers of Commerce and Industry. He is married with 3 Children.
MR. ANTHONY NWAOZOMUDOH is a retired geologist, with over 26 years’ working experience in the Petroleum industry, during which period he had career broadening exposures in Europe and the United States. His vast knowledge of the challenges, risks and corresponding mitigations of business proposals in the industry, particularly as they pertain to field development, were very valuable compliments to his discipline skills as a professional. Post retirement, he has had consulting engagements within the industry, supervising subsurface operations within his assigned asset team, and mentoring younger graduate staff.
In his spare time, he has been actively involved in partnership with Calvary Ministries, a Christian agency with over 700 missionaries deployed in 36 countries across Africa and beyond. As a partner, he has been involved in missions awareness drives in churches within the Lagos area, and among the youth in the city’s tertiary institutions.
Anthony brings to the board of Trustees a passionate drive for cost optimization, and a very keen sense of obligation to the statutory and moral demands of the business with potential clients, the government of Lagos State, and the general public. He currently resides in Lagos.
